John is a Senior Environmental Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in the public and private sector. John shapes the strategic direction of project portfolio and oversees the monitoring, reporting and verification of projects.

Pat Roberts is a Principal ecologist with over 20 years’ experience providing ecological consultancy on large scale engineering projects in Europe and the US. Pat provides ecological leadership and ensures restoration initiatives are scientifically robust, practical, measurable and scalable.

Senior Ecologist
Dr Sarah Mullen is a Senior ecologist with over 10 years’ post-doctoral experience with specialism in terrestrial flora and fauna ecology. Sarah oversees ecological assessment, design, and monitoring across restoration projects.

Ruari is Chartered engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the delivery of large scale projects. Ruari leads the translation of nature restoration concepts into practical and deliverable solutions which integrate engineering rigour with environmental sensitivity.
